1. Introduction
Welcome to Coffee Co. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of coffee products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment already made.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices and terms stated. We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
3. Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price at the time of order confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received before we begin roasting your order.
5. Roasting & Delivery
Coffee is roasted fresh when you order. Please allow 2-3 business days for roasting and processing before dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our coffee, we cannot accept returns once the product has been dispatched. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at support@coffeeco.com within 14 days of receipt.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the products.
